Refund policy
We truly value your business and do our best effort to ensure our products offer accurate descriptions and clear pictures of the product you would be receiving. If for any reason, the product you received does not match the description, we will do our best to make it right for you!
You have 7 days from the day your ordered was received to contact us if there was an issue with your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@simplypopshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you bought the item in error or you changed your mind after receiving your order, we are not able to accommodate a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
